T-chances is an organisation set up by the community for the community specializing in the arts,music, theater and community projects. Our venue produces the very best talent in London and is a platform for potential artists playing alongside established artist. Rated as one of the very best venues in London for gigs and live music and performance.

The venue contains a main events hall with main stage, front bar with smaller stage, an upstairs performance space & theater. An outside events stage,  a music school on the basement level and a national curriculum school for 16 to 18 year olds on the top floor.

There’s fantastic outside spaces comprising of the side decking beer garden, roof terrace and car park areas including the grassy verge.

Our events include all genres of music from punk rock to classic, break beats to jazz. Cultural performances by people from every continent the best of these being when our community stands proud and melds them altogether. Our music knows no borders and neither does the creativity.

If you have an idea for a community , charity event or show. If you would like to arrange your own gig, album launch or festival. Don’t be shy pop in and and discuss it with us!

Our DIY gigs are not pay to play! We are happy to have bands take the door as long as there is a bar. Remember your beer money funds our community projects!
